NOTICE — DRAFT INSTRUMENT. For counsel review before publication. Not legal advice.
ENGINEERING ACTION REQUIRED. Prior to publication, the Company shall conduct an internal audit of all client-side and server-side telemetry deployed on use-hunch.com and update this Policy to reflect the actual current state. Items marked "subject to engineering confirmation" must be confirmed or removed before publication.
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 This Cookie Policy ("Policy") explains how CMA Solutions LLP ("Company") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the website at use-hunch.com (the "Website") and any sub-domain or successor website operated by the Company.
1.2 Scope of application. The Service is delivered primarily through WhatsApp and Telegram, neither of which uses cookies in the conventional sense. This Policy applies to the Website and to any future web-based interface of the Service.
1.3 This Policy is a Constituent Document under the Terms of Service (HUN-LEG-TOS-V3.0) and must be read together with the Privacy Policy (HUN-LEG-PP-V3.0).

"Third-party Cookie" — a Cookie set by a third party (such as an analytics or advertising provider).
3. COOKIES USED ON THE WEBSITE
3.1 Strictly necessary Cookies
Cookies essential to the functioning of the Website. These Cookies cannot be disabled without rendering the Website inoperable.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
session_id | Maintains the User's browsing session | Session (deleted on browser close) | First-party |
cookie_consent | Stores the User's cookie-consent preferences | 12 months | First-party |
3.2 Performance / analytics Cookies
Subject to engineering confirmation. As at the date of publication, the Company does not deploy analytics Cookies. If and when the Company deploys analytics (whether through Google Analytics, Plausible, PostHog, Vercel Analytics, or otherwise), this Policy shall be updated and the cookie-consent banner refreshed before deployment.
3.3 Marketing / advertising Cookies
The Company does not deploy marketing or advertising Cookies. Should the Company introduce such Cookies in the future, this Policy shall be updated and Users' consent shall be obtained before such Cookies are placed.
3.4 Hosting-platform telemetry
Subject to engineering confirmation. The Website may be hosted on a third-party platform (such as Vercel or Cloudflare) which collects request-level telemetry (IP address, user-agent string, latency metrics) as part of its hosting operations. Such telemetry is not used by the Company to track individual Users and is governed by the hosting provider's terms. The current hosting provider and its telemetry posture shall be disclosed in this Clause prior to publication.
4. COOKIE CONSENT
4.1 On first access to the Website, the User shall be presented with a cookie-consent banner that permits the User to: (a) accept all Cookies; (b) accept only strictly necessary Cookies; (c) customise Cookie preferences by category.
4.2 Strictly necessary Cookies do not require consent.
4.3 All other Cookies, when and if deployed, shall require the User's affirmative consent before being placed on the User's device.
5. MANAGING COOKIES
5.1 Through the consent banner. A User may revise Cookie preferences at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the Website footer.
5.2 Through browser settings. Modern browsers permit Users to: (a) view stored Cookies; (b) delete Cookies (individually or in aggregate); (c) block Cookies (from specific sites or globally); (d) configure preferences for first-party and third-party Cookies.
Browser-specific instructions are available at: (a) Chrome — Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data; (b) Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data; (c) Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and Website Data; (d) Edge — Settings → Cookies and Site Permissions.
5.3 Note on blocking. Blocking strictly necessary Cookies may impair the Website's functionality.
6. DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS
6.1 Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. As at the date of this Policy, there is no industry consensus on the interpretation of such signals. The Website does not respond to Do-Not-Track signals, but does respect cookie preferences set through the Website's consent banner.
7. DATA COLLECTED THROUGH COOKIES
7.1 Cookies on the Website may collect: (a) session information (pages visited, time on page); (b) browser type and version; (c) operating system; (d) referring URL; (e) IP address (anonymised where commercially feasible).
7.2 Such data is used for Website functionality and, where consent is obtained, analytics. Cookie-derived data is not combined with Conversation Data, Astrological Data, or Behavioural Data collected through the Service.
8. RETENTION
8.1 Session Cookies are deleted on browser close.
8.2 The cookie_consent Cookie is retained for twelve (12) months from the date of consent or until the User clears Website data.
8.3 Where analytics Cookies are deployed in future, analytics data shall be retained in accordance with the Data Retention and Deletion Policy (typically six months and then deleted).

9.1 The Company shall update this Policy whenever: (a) the Company introduces new Cookies or tracking technologies; (b) the Company modifies analytics or advertising practices; (c) Applicable Law changes such update.
