1. PURPOSE
1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the conditions of use applicable to the conversational AI service marketed as "Hunch" (the "Service") operated by CMA Solutions LLP ("Company"). Compliance with this AUP is a condition of access to the Service.
1.2 This AUP is a Constituent Document under the Terms of Service (HUN-LEG-TOS-V3.0). In the event of any inconsistency between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
2. PROHIBITED USE
2.1 The User shall not, and shall not attempt to:
(a) use the Service in violation of Applicable Law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and laws prohibiting harassment, defamation, sedition, and obscenity);
(b) provide false, misleading, or fabricated identity or birth particulars;
(c) impersonate another natural or legal person;
(d) use automated means — including bots, scripts, scrapers, agents, or programmatic interfaces — to access the Service, save to the extent expressly authorised by the Company in writing;
(e) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code, model weights, system prompts, or proprietary methodology of the Service;
(f) extract, harvest, or aggregate Service output, AI Output, or User Content of any other person;
(g) circumvent any usage limit, geographic restriction, free-tier limit, or technical safeguard;
(h) create multiple accounts to evade the foregoing;
(i) use the Service to harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or harm any natural person;
(j) use the Service to disseminate hate speech, content inciting violence, or content discriminating on a prohibited ground;
(k) use the Service to transmit malware, spyware, virus, worm, trojan horse, or other harmful code;
(l) use the Service to transmit spam, unsolicited promotional content, or content that violates the rights of any third party;
(m) attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise circumvent the Service's safety controls so as to elicit content that the Service is configured to refuse;
(n) elicit from the Service: (i) medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations; (ii) clinical psychological assessments; (iii) legal, financial, taxation, or investment advice; (iv) instructions for self-harm or harm to others; (v) any content that the Service is configured to refuse;
(o) reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any AI Output without the prior written consent of the Company, save for personal, non-commercial use;
(p) share AI Output, or any portion of the Service's content, in a manner that could identify another natural person without that person's consent;
(q) interfere with, disrupt, or impose an undue load on the Service's infrastructure;
(r) collect data of any other User, or attempt to deanonymise Pseudonymised Data;
(s) use the Service in any manner that violates the terms of service of WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other messaging platform through which the Service is delivered (without thereby creating contractual liability of the User to the Company in respect of such third-party terms).
2.2 Violation of this AUP may result in: (a) immediate suspension of the User's access to the Service; (b) permanent termination of the User's account; (c) reporting to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities; (d) civil action; and (e) such other remedies as may be available under Applicable Law.

3.2 Where the User volunteers any of the above notwithstanding this AUP, the User acknowledges that: (a) such disclosure is at the User's own risk; (b) the Service is not configured to handle such categories of data; (c) the Company shall take reasonable steps to delete such content upon detection.
4. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
4.1 The Company does not monitor the content of User-Service conversations in real time, save to the limited extent necessary for: (a) safety classification (detection of crisis signals); (b) operation of safety classifiers for prohibited content; (c) generation of AI Output through Underlying LLM Providers; (d) detection of the prohibited uses set out in Clause 2.
4.2 The Company may, upon detection of a violation of this AUP: (a) issue a warning to the User; (b) suspend the User's access; (c) permanently terminate the User's account; (d) delete relevant User Content; (e) report the User to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities, including the Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.

5.2 Reports shall include such information as is necessary to identify the violation. The Company shall investigate within a reasonable time and shall take such action as is appropriate.
5.3 The Company shall not retaliate against any User who reports a violation in good faith.
